Shodan Judo uses a modern effective approach to coaching with the use of games and music to create an exciting atmosphere whilst retaining the traditional values of respect, etiquette, sportsmanship and manners.

Our sessions are friendly and welcoming regardless of age, experience and fitness.

We are also one of the few martial art clubs in the region to welcome and has experience in coaching perople with learning and behavioural conditions.
